Returns & Refunds Policy
UK Customers Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us. Items must be returned in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

US & Canadian Customers We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are faulty, damaged, or incorrect. We do not accept returns for change of mind. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or Damaged Items If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately and up to a maximum of within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Initiating a return To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@renxs.co.uk before sending any items back. Returns sent without prior authorisation may experience delays in processing.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards. Sale items are non-refundable for change of mind for customers outside the UK. UK customers retain their statutory 14-day cancellation rights regardless of sale status. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
