Processing Times
All orders are fulfilled when they are received. Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be produced and dispatched.
Delivery Times
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- United Kingdom: 3–7 business days
- United States & Canada: 5–10 business days
Please note these are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak periods.
Notebooks and phone cases may be shipped separately and arrive at different times — so don't worry if one arrives before the other!
Shipping Costs
- United Kingdom: Free shipping on orders over £35. Standard shipping £3.99 for orders under £35.
- United States & Canada: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
Customs & Duties
For international orders, customs duties and taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.
