Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically dispatched within 2–5 business days. Delivery times vary by destination — UK orders usually arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International delivery times vary by country and carrier.

Print Quality

What print method do you use?
We use high-quality direct-to-film (DTF) and UV printing depending on the product. All prints are designed to be vibrant and durable.

Will the design look exactly like the preview?
We do our best to ensure accuracy, but slight colour variations may occur due to screen calibration differences. The design will always be printed within the safe area of the case.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return my order?
Because our products are made to order, we can only accept returns for change of mind within 14 days, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Return postage costs are the customer's responsibility. If your item arrives damaged or with a print defect, please contact us within 30 days and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

How do I report a problem?
Email us at support@renxs.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Orders

Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders enter production quickly. If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help — but we cannot guarantee changes once production has started.

Where is my order?
Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via email. You can also check your order status through your account.
