Returns & Refunds

As all our products are made to order, we can only accept returns or exchanges for change of mind within 14 days. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll make it right.

Damaged or Defective Items

If there's an issue with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving it at hello@renxs.co.uk. Include your order number and a photo of the issue and we'll arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item, get in touch and we'll send out the correct one at no extra cost.

Cancellations

As orders go into production quickly, cancellations can only be accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel.
